What does a Case Pass cover?
One case: upload documents, run the full validation and re-check as many times as you like for 90 days from when you use the pass.
What happens when a pass expires?
Your results and reports stay available to read and download. To upload or re-check again, extend the case with another pass.
Do individual purchases renew?
No. Case Passes and Family Packs are one-time payments. Nothing renews automatically.
What if my firm reaches its monthly case limit?
New cases pause until the next month or until you upgrade. Existing cases and results are never blocked, and there are no overage charges.
Can I cancel a firm plan?
Yes, any time from Billing in your settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then moves to Trial.
Who processes payments?
Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and never reach CIRIS servers.
